Reputation vs Team Building

It really becomes hard and tough to keep up reputation that we had built for one of of our business last year. but the best point of all is when the guests give us a thumbs up and we feel we've earned it.

Keeping a good team intact takes lots of hardwork. It requires motivation, lending a shoulder in times of need and also being decisive on taking actions against or for them.

Sometimes you feel exhausted keeping up with the market trends and your in house trends. But this is how businesses run. I've heard work-life balance, but i guess we've got to coin a new name called work-market life balance. Again thats the irony, Market and Work can never be balanced. If it was we'd all be rich and the consumers would have won the upperhand. And the attrition rate would have dropped, good staff would've been retained. Other would've improved.

And I would have made a killer of a Deal/Sale.
